How does PatientPro connect to my EMR?

We integrate directly with your system. For EMRs with an API, like Nextech, we connect through the official interface. For systems without one, like TherapyNotes, we build a secure automated connection. Either way, setup is handled entirely by us and nothing changes in your front desk workflow.

How quickly do patients get the review request?

Within minutes of checkout. The text arrives while the visit is still fresh, which is a large part of why text requests convert so much better than next-day emails.

What happens when a patient had a bad experience?

They are routed to a private feedback form instead of Google. You get their comments directly and can follow up personally. Your public rating reflects your best work while real concerns still reach you.

Is the messaging appropriate for healthcare practices?

Yes. The copy is written for medical settings and uses a passive invitation, offering the opportunity to share rather than asking for a favorable review. For therapy practices this distinction matters under the ACA code of ethics, and our wording is designed with it in mind.

How do patients opt out?

By replying to the text. Standard stop words are honored by the carrier automatically, and we also catch free-text requests like ‘please stop.’ Once a patient opts out, they never hear from the system again.

What does PatientPro cost?

Three flat monthly plans: Solo at $299 for one provider, Group at $499 for one location with multiple providers, and Enterprise at $799 for multiple locations. No per-location price stacking and no setup fees.

How long does setup take?

We do the whole setup for you. Depending on your EMR, most practices are live within a few days to two weeks, and your first review requests go out the day the connection is ready.

Do you support multiple locations?

Yes. Each location’s patients are routed to that location’s own Google profile, and your dashboard tracks each location separately on one plan.

What results should I expect?
